Prototo aims to make production and shipping as sustainable as possible.



General Shipping Information

We produce "On Demand" in Hamburg to keep storage costs and supply chains as small and short as possible. This is why we usually need a few days to process larger orders. Smaller orders are shipped within 1-3 business days.
Shipping is always done by the most sustainable method, and therefore not automatically by the fastest.

Germany

We ship orders within Germany by post as a large letter or maxi letter. 

Europe

Orders from the rest of Europe are shipped with DHL. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country. 
Customs duties, taxes, and similar charges may incur additional costs for the recipient.

Rest of the World

Due to resource waste and the length of the supply chain, we do not ship goods to end customers outside of Europe.

Returns

Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for used or damaged items.
