For recycling to truly work, we want all our products back.
No matter the condition or the reason.

In the future, you will be able to create a free return label here. Currently, however, you will need to pay upfront and send your product back to us at your own expense.

After that, please send an email to help@prototo.to and we will refund your costs!

We welcome every return so we can make new products from them!
